In Retiba valuation platform, three main approaches are used to value startups: valuation with the approach of financial data analysis, valuation with a relative and market-oriented approach, valuation with a qualitative analysis approach

Can I upload my financial data directly from Excel to Retiba’s platform?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is not such a possibility in Retiba software at the moment, and we will try to provide this possibility soon.

Answer

Considering your target market, maturity level, and risk status Retiba valuation software with the help of artificial intelligence offers a normal range for key valuation parameters and you will be able to easily select parameters such as discount rate, growth rate, etc., so that your valuation results incline towards more reliable results.

Can I enter my country’s currency in calculations?

The results presented in Retiba’s analytical valuation reports are expressed relatively; therefore, it is necessary to consider all numbers with the same currency. At the moment, it is only possible to enter numbers in dollars.

Your startup valuation results are strongly influenced by the amount and quality of valuation input data such as forecasted cash flows; therefore, since Retiba is not actually involved in Due Diligence of your data, it is not possible for your reports to be approved. However, it should be noted that the obtained results can be evaluated by the valuation mentor at your discretion, and you can review and interpret the obtained results, if necessary, using his specialized feedbacks.

After receiving the report, is it possible to ask for a consultant’s opinion?

Answer

Yes, if you have chosen your valuation mentor, you will be able to send him/her the latest version of your startup valuation and observe his specialized feedback on the obtained valuation results.

How will Retiba help me design a financial model and compile a financial projection file?

Answer
